Hyundai and Genesis Canada Achieve a Record-Breaking 2024!

Hyundai and Genesis Canada made history in 2024 with exceptional sales results. Hyundai recorded a total of 131,715 units sold,
reflecting a 13.9% increase compared to 2023, while Genesis achieved 7,040 sales, marking a growth of 6.4%.
Together, both brands reached an outstanding total of 138,755 vehicles sold, setting a new all-time record in Hyundai Auto Canada's history.

Top Models Loved by Canadians

The best-selling models in 2024 reflect Canadians' growing interest in modern and electrified vehicles.
The Hyundai Kona and
Kona Electric led sales with 30,020 units,
followed closely by the TUCSON (29,837 units)
and the ELANTRA (20,427 units).
On the Genesis side, the luxurious GV70
dominated sales with 4,048 units, while the GV80
continued its growth with 1,187 units sold.

A Major Leap for Electrified Vehicles

Electrification is taking center stage, and Hyundai is leading the way with 45,159 electrified vehicles sold in 2024,
an impressive 35.1% increase compared to the previous year. The IONIQ 5 topped the charts in electric vehicle sales with 13,484 units.
The rise in electrified models is also evident in Quebec, where Hyundai sold 19,788 electric vehicles, accounting for 77% of its nationwide electrified sales.
